After draining, they acid washed the pool and refilled the pool. They re-calibrated (probably the wrong word) with chemicals and made it swimmable again. Due to the attention to detail and swift service I decided they should also be the ones to maintain it on a weekly basis. It is more expensive than the last company I had but I have not had an algae problem again so money well spent. They are out weekly no fail and communicate if service changes but it has not. I even received a storm message to clarify how they could assist customers.
